Have Any Questions?

General Questions

Is it beginner friendly?

Our classes are quite challenging and are best suited for individuals with some workout experience. However, we believe that jumping right in is the best way to learn. Our instructors provide modifications and encourage breaks to make exercises more accessible for beginners while ensuring everyone gets a good workout. Even if it’s your first time, you’ll be able to follow along with the clear instructions and direction provided by our instructors.

If you prefer a more beginner-friendly introduction to the method or Pilates in general, we recommend taking a private session at our VIP location, where you’ll receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your needs.

What makes your SpringSculpt Method unique?

Ken's experience as a movement expert makes the SpringSculpt Method unique. This method is safer than the reformer and provides more flexibility to do more exercises without stopping. This class is designed by athletes to help people become one or help athletes be better. It is also a very primal and intuitive class, providing multidimensional movement that strengthens the body while simultaneously increasing mobility. It’s the best workout ever and it’s a full-body experience.

Transportation Questions

I plan to drive. How do I park?

At Ken Pilates, while there is no dedicated parking at our on-site locations, ample metered parking spots are conveniently available nearby for our clients and guests from outside Hoboken. These metered spots are complimentary on Sundays and, on other days, require a payment of $0.25 per 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. For your convenience, payment can be made using coins or credit cards. Additionally, the ParkMobile app offers a seamless solution for parking payments, allowing you to avoid interruptions during your visit.

I plan to use public transportation. What are my options?

Ken Pilates Group Fitness is conveniently accessible via multiple transportation options, including ferry, train, light rail, and bus. We encourage you to check schedules based on your preferred mode of transport. Here are two convenient options:

  • The PATH train connects Ken Pilates with NYC, Jersey City, and Newark, stopping in southern Hoboken. The station is a short 15-minute walk from our locations.
  • New Jersey Transit bus lines 126, 89, and 22 provide direct stops in front of our studio when heading north. Southbound, these buses pick up passengers along Washington at both 8th and 6th Street.
