I'm new to Pilates. Where should I start?

We recommend starting with SpringSculpt Fundamentals, our beginner-focused class that introduces the tower and spring system at a slower pace. Mat Sculpt (non-heated) is another good first class if you prefer to start on the mat. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can orient you to the equipment. What should I bring to my first class?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable workout attire and bring grip socks (required for all spring and mat classes; grip socks are available for purchase at the studio). Bring water. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can orient you to the equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Both group classes and private appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time for a full credit return. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class or session credit.
