The story behind Ken Pilates

Founded in February 2023, Ken Pilates is providing Hoboken with small-sized Springboard classes (max 8 people) and private training. Incorporating the method of founder, artist and entrepreneur Kennyth Montes de Oca, our classes and private sessions have classical and modern Pilates with strength training, cardio, and yoga. Our community includes first-timers to the most advanced Pilates practitioners, and our community includes people of all body types, genders, sexuality, and skin color.
