Our signature specialty class, held Saturdays at 7:30AM at the Ken Pilates studio. This session is tailored specifically for runners—improving strength, flexibility, balance, and recovery through the power of Pilates.

Ken Pilates Run Club
A free and welcoming run club that meets every Saturday at 8:30AM. We run 2–3 miles at a conversational pace and encourage runners of all levels to join. Whether you're training or just looking to meet like-minded people, this is your place.
