Where is Ken Pilates located?

Ken Pilates has two studios in Hoboken, NJ. Our group fitness studio is at 706 Washington Street, and our private 1:1 studio is at 706 Grand Street.

What are your class hours?

Our Group Fitness studio is open Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Private 1:1 sessions are by appointment only.

What types of classes does Ken Pilates offer?

We offer three signature formats: SpringSculpt (our signature spring-powered tower workout), Sculpt and Strength (a dumbbell-based strength flow), and Hot Mat Sculpt (a heated mat-based class). We also offer ZenSculpt, HotSprings, and private 1:1 sessions.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable workout attire and grip socks (required for spring and mat classes). Bring water. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can orient you to the equipment.
